Manufacturing

Our Manufacturing Approach

Our initial manufacturing setup is being developed around general-purpose molded-pulp forming in Mokama, Bihar — with expandable tooling designed to support multiple product categories over time.

General-Purpose Molded-Pulp Manufacturing

Our manufacturing setup is designed around a general-purpose molded-pulp forming approach. Rather than commissioning a single-product dedicated line, we are building interchangeable mold capability — enabling the same manufacturing infrastructure to produce different packaging profiles as our product range expands.

Our initial manufacturing setup is being developed around the 30-egg tray as our launch product, with the manufacturing infrastructure sized to support expansion into fruit packaging, bottle separators and custom molded-fibre applications.

The plant is located in Mokama, Patna district, Bihar — a strategic location within the Bihar agricultural and industrial corridor.

Production Flow

From Recycled Fibre to Finished Packaging

An 8-stage production process designed for consistency and traceability.

1

Waste Paper / Recycled Fibre

Recycled paper and fibre feedstock is sourced and prepared for processing.

2

Pulp Preparation

Fibre is pulped with water to create a uniform slurry at the target consistency.

3

Mold Forming

Pulp slurry is formed over precision molds under vacuum, taking the required product shape.

4

Dewatering

Excess water is removed from the formed product immediately after mold release.

5

Drying

Formed product passes through a drying process to achieve the required moisture content.

6

Finishing

Dried product is checked for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

7

Inspection

Each batch undergoes visual and dimensional inspection before packing.

8

Packing & Dispatch

Finished product is stacked, packed and prepared for dispatch to the customer.

Initial Capability

What We Are Building

Our initial manufacturing setup is being developed around these core capabilities.

General-purpose molded-pulp forming
Initial 30-egg tray mold tooling
Target throughput: approx. 1,000–1,200 trays per hour
Pulp preparation system
Vacuum forming system
Drying system
Process water management / recycling
Expandable mold tooling for future products

Detailed production capacity and technical parameters are available on request. Capabilities described reflect our initial manufacturing project scope.

Quality Mindset

Quality in molded-fibre manufacturing comes from process discipline — consistent pulp preparation, stable forming parameters, controlled drying and systematic inspection.

We are building quality into our process from the outset rather than treating it as a post-production activity. This means establishing clear specifications for each product, inspection at key production stages and maintaining traceability through the production run.

As we build production history, we will develop more detailed quality documentation for customers who require it.

Expansion Philosophy

Our expansion approach is phased and disciplined. We begin by establishing reliable production of our launch product — the 30-egg tray — and using that experience to build the manufacturing knowledge, process controls and supply chain that support expansion.

New product categories are added as demand is established and mold tooling is developed. This approach means expansion is driven by customer need, not speculation.

Our general-purpose manufacturing approach is designed for this — each new mold extends the product range without requiring a new manufacturing line.
